During the consultation, I will walk through your home with you and create an action plan utilizing your existing furnishings to highlight your homes best features, create focal points, project a sense of space and a welcoming environment that will appeal to the right buyers. I will also provide suggestions on decluttering and small fixes that won’t break the budget. With my expertise in merchandising, you will gain the knowledge you need to prepare your home to sell quickly and for more money.
A two-hour consultation starts at $250.
Full payment due at booking to secure appointment.

Level 2 - Occupied Home Staging
If the Walk & Talk Consult leaves you feeling overwhelmed, I can help. By utilizing the action plan created for you and your existing furnishings, I will arrive at your home to depersonalize and rearrange your space. As an added service, I can shop for accessories within your budget to help prepare your home to market, help declutter/organize your space if needed or return for photo day preview to make sure your space looks great. Moving is stressful. A professionally staged home will help alleviate your stress, look great in photos and bring you results.
Professional staging day costs are per project.
Minimum half day investment required.

Level 3 - Streamline Your Space
You can transform your space into a functional, organized haven with Streamline Your Space services. I'll work closely with you to create a calm, clutter-free space that not only looks great, but feels great.
